Into The Lens Of Ben Pieper
About
Photographer, producer, and advocate based in Park City, Utah.
Ben Pieper has spent over a decade capturing everything from world-class sporting events to intimate portraits. His work spans photography and film production, with clients ranging from international teams to local businesses. What sets Ben apart is his ability to create a comfortable, collaborative environment where genuine moments happen naturally. Whether on the sidelines of the Olympics, in the studio, or photographing everyday life, his goal is the same: images that feel true, timeless, and story-driven.

Why I Do This
For me, photography isn’t just about capturing an image—it’s about preserving connection. I’ve seen how a single photo can carry the weight of a memory, a relationship, or a milestone. That’s why I work to create a space where people feel comfortable enough to show who they really are. Because the most powerful photographs aren’t posed—they’re the ones where you recognize yourself, your people, your story.
Meet the Dogs
Our home doubles as a bit of a rescue retreat—I’ve opened my home to more animals than I can count, and they’re the reason I first stepped into pet photography. Working with them taught me patience, timing, and how to earn trust in front of the camera. I’ve gotten pretty good at training and connecting with them, and honestly, outside of my own kids, these animals are just as much family. The pack includes Mr. Taco, Mr. Powder Pete, Mr. Chief Big Bear, and Peanut Butter Polar Bear—each with their own personality that keeps life interesting.
